I have been very fortunate to have had thousands of counselling sessions over many years with clients in many parts of the world and in many different cultures. I have been blessed to learn from the greatest spiritual teachers and pioneers. There is no better training and transfer of knowledge.

My previous life in investment banking was stressful and all about money and success. I travelled a lot around the world and had little time for myself and my family.

In 2010, I was diagnosed with chronic stress related health issues and decided to make a real change. I travelled to India for three weeks to take an Ayurvedic cure. Without knowing it, this decision was about to change my life. As well as the Ayurvedic treatments, I learnt meditation techniques that really inspired me. I was also taught breathing techniques. By the end of the retreat, my ailments were gone, I was full of energy and very grateful for what I had experienced.
