While always curious to learn about and from other cultures, for a long part of my life I couldn’t connect in any form to the various dimensions of yoga.

This changed when I met René, a professional investment banker by training, having decided some 15 years ago to indulge deeply into the roots of Indian yoga traditions and combine coaching, mental breathing and physical yoga exercises to assist others to begin a journey discovering themselves.

Enthusiasm, innovation, modernity and cosmopolitanism are just some of the things that can be found here. I have been able to work with many families and have learned a lot for my own life. If you want to get into the depth of the knowledge of life, you should definitely travel to India. As in probably no other country you can learn especially in India from families, the traditions and the traditional knowledge that was written down in the Vedas for mankind for your own life. I have the good fortune to be able to build deep and stable friendships with families in India. Here I learned especially to promote the simplicity of life, the cultivation of traditions in connection with nature and the pursuit of prosperity for all. But also to negotiate hard and to always achieve the best for oneself and the family without greed was part of what I learned.

People in Scandinavia are known for a high level of contentment and balance. A close relationship with nature with the change of seasons is learned here as a child. I was able to find a place in Sweden that always gives me new energy. People here have a greater distance from the hectic life of the world's metropolises. Nevertheless, many innovations, inventions and formative elements that are known worldwide come from here. You can find quite a few smart and cool people in Sweden, and once you get to know the families better, lifelong, valuable connections can develop. Swedish nature has also shown me what silence is, how the five elements work together, and why respect is so important.
